Rijline currently sells strictly through a network of Retail Stores throughout the United States. We will be adding a page soon that features an interactive map so you can find a store in your area. In the meantime, contact us for a location near you.

If you'd like to become one of Rijline's retail outlets, we will request the following:

1. Retail resale license
2. Existing storefront
3. Credit application for net 30 terms. Credit approval may take more than a week.

Minimum opening order - $300.00
Minimum re-order - $150.00
Below Minimum Service Charge - $10.00
Drop Shipment Service Charge - $10.00 (available to continental U.S. only)

Product availability and prices subject to change without notice. Products are made to order, therefore all sales are final. To ensure merchandise is received for our Christmas season, please order not later than September 15.

Standard Terms are NET 30 on approved credit. A current credit application is required to apply for terms and is subject to final approval by our credit department.

Backorders

Rijline makes every effort to ship orders complete. When a backorder does occur, it is listed on your invoice as a backordered item and is not charged. The backorder is invoiced separately when it is shipped. We strive to ship our backorders within 7 days of the original shipment.

Returns/Credits/Freight Damage

Shipping damages, shortages and discrepancies must be claimed within 7 calendar days from receipt of product. Credit memos will be issues once we receive the defective product back. Replacement product is invoiced at the time of shipment.
